In my personal experience, I have found AI/ChatGPT very useful for plugging in information for helpful encouragement or mindful exercises when there are high stress or emotional moments. Not everyone can afford private therapists and there are a large number of healthcare plans that do not include mental health benefits. Of course, always be careful in any medical treatment plans provided, but general no cost therapy assistance at your fingertips is a huge benefit of AI.
