In the stressful times we are in, specially with bad news every where be it layoffs, breakups or divorces or alienation from children and etc its crazy that Women still ignore preliminary signs of stress that if not addressed can mount into a bigger problem. I believe using chatbots to start having conversations as early as women see stress signs can help them understand when to turn to professionals at the least so things are kept under control. I am not a big advocate of having wellness under check specially stress as it can lead to depression, anxiety and other mental disorders so early intervention is the KEY. Also if possible track your moods using mood trackers app that can come in very handy.
