I completely agree that confidence is reflected in both what we say and how we present ourselves. Strong communication is not only about choosing the right words but also about delivering them with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.

Verbal communication focuses on the words we use, while non-verbal communication includes body language, facial expressions, eye contact, posture, and tone of voice. When both are aligned, the message becomes much more persuasive and trustworthy.

For leaders, especially in team management and decision-making roles, confident verbal communication combined with positive non-verbal cues can improve trust, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
