Sana Haque is a seasoned technology leader and Sr. Manager, Product Management at PayPal, where she leads strategic initiatives within PayPal’s Payment Service Provider (PSP) organization focused on modernizing payments processing. Over the past decade, Sana has built and scaled technology and AI/ML-powered products across the payments ecosystem, combining deep technical expertise with strategic vision and a strong customer focus. Prior to her current role, Sana led payment optimization strategy at PayPal, building solutions that helped global brands improve authorization performance through intelligent routing and optimization. Before joining PayPal, she held product and engineering roles at American Express and Tata Group, focused on building secure, scalable payment solutions. Beyond product and technology, Sana is passionate about career growth, mentorship, and inclusive leadership. She is especially committed to helping women in technology find their voice, embrace opportunities that stretch them, and navigate their careers with greater confidence and intention.
