My name is Sangita Mitra. I'm a graduate student at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada in the Department of Computing Science. I'm currently working as a graduate teaching and research assistant. The goal of my current research is to find the evolutionary analysis of coronaviruses, especially focusing on SARS-CoV-2 and, and find which set of mutations are responsible for jumping from one virus to another virus. I believe WomenTech Connect 2020 would be a great platform to build a strong network, sharing ideas, and engaging women in technology more. |
