We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our growing Engineering group in AspenTech, leading and building the next generation solution for production execution, serving our various Fortune 500 customers in the engineering and chemical industries. You’ll join and lead a team of skilled, talented, and passionate people, always bringing the industry best practices to our products. -Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Computer Science, or related software engineering discipline or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
-5 year of full-stack development experience including C#/.NET, and using Linq and Lambada expressions.
-Experience in database (primarily SQL) architecture design, optimization, and querying.
-Experience in Web and Desktop Client Server interactions and architecture.
-Experience in Agile Development Methodology and Principles is a plus.
-Strong problem-solving ability.
-Demonstrated technology leadership (e.g., provide mentorship to other developers).
-English fluency (written and verbal) required.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing/presentation skills.
