As a Senior Manager in Credera’s Management Consulting practice, you will serve as the leader of a client-facing engagement, often consisting of multiple distinct, simultaneous projects, while taking on leadership roles in multiple internal firm initiatives.

You will lead teams of strategy, technology, and design consultants on client-facing projects, where you will be responsible the successful execution of a client engagement. You will provide oversight and mentorship to your team, build relationships with senior-management client stakeholders, and provide your team with strategic guidance and thought leadership. Additionally, you will lead teams in key internal initiatives to spur the development and continuous improvement of the firm. You will forge and nurture client relationships as well as relationships within your own network to help generate business for Credera, delivering revenue and new project opportunities for the company.

WHO YOU ARE: 

  • You have a minimum of 10 years of consulting experience or an industry equivalent
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of project management and / or technical leadership experience
  • You have a passion for leading teams and providing both formal and informal mentorship
  • You bring deep experience and expertise in any one of the following: Strategy & Operations, Digital (e.g., Marketing Technology, Customer Experience, eCommerce, etc.), Organizational Change Management, Program & Project Leadership, or Technology Solutions
  • You enjoy managing and growing client relationships at the senior level as well as identifying and seizing new business development opportunities
