The Role:

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for scaling the core monolith platform (player and coach).

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Own the development team process from start to finish. Build a culture of accountability, inclusion, and collaboration
  • Build strong relationships across product managers, technical leads, and other business partners
  • Mentor and grow engineers' careers
  • Get hands dirty solving technical and process problems
  • Strong advocate for the team, negotiating and pushing back, when necessary
  • Hire strong talent and address challenges with poor performers

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Tech lead or hands-on Manager for a Ruby on Rails or Python stack
  • Experience in solving complex scaling projects
