We are currently looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer - Physical Management (m/f/d) to join our IT Operations Team located in the Munich office that will be the central point of contact for providing the employees IT infrastructure and maintaining it. We are not only solving tickets, we are also responsible to evolve the IT landscape, experimenting with new services, and getting the most out of the systems we are using. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
- Help to continuously improve and maintain our MDM Technology
- Manage MDM and hardware related tickets via the ticketing system
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of hardware processes
- Help to maintain our asset management system
- Be the contact person for any kind of technical inquiry by email, ticket system, or slack from our customers globally.
- Manage our knowledge base (e.g. FAQs, Fact Sheets)
- Learn how to handle our main systems (Atlassian, Google, OneLogin)
We are a match if you have...
- Experience in working with MDM technology(s)
- Excellent understanding of hardware lifecycle in a corporate environment
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Motivated problem solver, with a high degree of initiative, and a commitment to exceptional teamwork.
- A good discipline, team spirit, and self-motivation.
- Soft skills to work with a lovely team, and help people out.
