As a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Developer, you will be responsible for the application delivery of Information Technology projects on a global scale.  In this role you’ll be planning and driving the successful execution of define, design, develop, test, and deployment activities, prior to a seamless transition to the Sustainment team.  You will partner with internal Kellanova business groups and external vendor partners to successfully deliver business and technology projects.  This role is hybrid and can be in Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drives Engagement - The Developer defines the solution build activities, identifying all the end to end solution integrations and works with cross functional teams to deliver the project and/or programs.
  • Application Build – Hands-on development skills and experience working with external vendor consultants on larger initiatives to build, develop, and deliver solutions.  You will be responsible to detail tasks of the project plans, build solution delivery options, and provide accurate time estimations for the tasks identified 
  • Application Delivery - Ensure quality of deliverables through the coordination of robust test activity in conjunction with Kellanova Tools and Methods team.  Ensure all Architectural and Program Management gating criteria within the project delivery process are met, thus ensuring the solution is on time, to spec, and on budget.
  • Collaboration – You’ll partner with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Business Relationship Managers and other subject matter experts to build and deliver projects within budget and on time

Your Recipe for Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Strong digital marketing campaign and operations background across paid advertising, email marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Experience working with agencies and creative teams
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes that span multiple business areas.  Identify and understand requirements, developing alternate solutions
  • Experience tracking and reporting on changes in campaign performance through platform reporting Google Analytics and Tableau dashboards
  • Experience with Adobe Platform, Epsilon, and Salesforce
  • Willingness to learn and master new technical skills, while also being tech forward with an ability to communicate effectively
