We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator. Operating in tandem with our regionally based administrators on a regular basis, this role will primarily be responsible for the stewardship of master data and recurring processes inside Salesforce. Responsible for various ad-hoc projects, including but not limited to, targeted data enrichment, research and resolution of specific data discrepancies, report design and distribution, and cross departmental collaboration, among others.

What You'll Do

  • Assistance with the maintenance of accurate Salesforce data (removing duplicate customer accounts, distributor information, etc.). 
  • Assistance with portal issues submitted by customers (ex. Login issues, errors, etc.).   
  • Implement and govern security related to profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing settings, and login access policies. 
  • Customize and configure out-of-the-box functionality features such as, creating objects, fields, formula fields, validation rules, workflows, process builder flows, page layouts, creating apps, report types, sharing rules, permission sets, profiles, roles, email templates, data categories etc. 
  • Assist with maintenance release review and task completion. 
  • Perform and coordinate deployments with the Salesforce admin team. 
  • Log and track identified system problems and work with Salesforce team through resolution. 
  • Perform sandbox refreshes and activities related to those refreshes as appropriate. 
  • Research and stay current on security and maintenance related items by utilizing Trust.salesforce.com or other pertinent sites and/or tools. 

What You'll Bring

  • Must be active Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator a plus. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience. 
  • Areas of Knowledge:  Salesforce Administration, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Integrations.
  • Must be a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication. 
  • Must possess ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Must possess good change management practices and rigorously test any changes within the Salesforce sandbox before deploying to production. 
  • Experience with Salesforce communities required. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related area.
