Job Summary

Join our team as a Cloud Operation GTM Strategy Lead, where you'll work closely with senior and executive leadership to analyze market and performance data for our cloud products. You'll be instrumental in formulating sales coverage plans and initiatives, communicating go-to-market performance results, and modeling business outcomes over short-term and multi-year time horizons. This highly visible and impactful role demands excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Your in-depth knowledge of sales strategy and business metrics will be crucial in building plans for hyperscaler initiatives, targeted sales verticals, and market aggregators in the partner arena. You'll analyze addressable opportunities and current execution trends, and stitch data from multiple internal and external sources to provide solid recommendations. Your ability to communicate creatively and holistically, while keeping your proposals grounded in solid quantitative and financial analytics, will be essential.

This role requires strategic thinking, quick adaptation, a bias toward action, teamwork skills, and clear and concise communication of viable solutions with pros and cons. It's a challenging, high-visibility role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for someone flexible, solutions-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:


• Support Cloud Operation Sales leaders in building and communicating sales strategy initiatives, defining field effectiveness criteria, and defining management systems and enablement necessary to support plans.
• Provide recommendations by analyzing large datasets sourced from disparate sources.
• Collaborate with Corporate Strategy, Sales Leadership, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing teams on strategic planning and project deliverables.
• Analyze operational and financial performance drivers to identify opportunities, customer consumption and usage patterns, and execution roadblocks.
• Assess market opportunities, including share potential, white space/green space, and segment trends to create direct and partner sales coverage plans.
• Support all areas of Sales Strategy & Excellence, including but not limited to: competitive intelligence, coverage planning, KPI management, propensity modeling, goal setting, sales process optimization, data analytics, account planning, billing, contracts, renewals, churn, commissions & incentives, partner/alliance strategy, sales productivity, change management, and customer lifetime value.

Job Requirements:


• Superb analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
• Ability to build consensus, create momentum, and work well cross-functionally with other departments and varying levels of management in a highly matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• A PowerPoint and Excel wizard.
• Experience within the B2B IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or SaaS verticals highly preferred.
• Prior management consulting experience with one of the ‘Big Three’ or Accenture/Deloitte a plus.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and extended hours as needed.
• Travel up to 10% (travel includes international and domestic; a valid passport is required).

Education

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of experience; 9-11 years preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or other relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

USA and Canada Residents Only:

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $158,300 - $193,400. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.  In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
