Il/La Contract Renewal Administrator sarà parte del team di Pre-Sales di NTT e collaborerà con i colleghi dell’area Renewal per gestire l’intero processo di rinnovo dei contratti di manutenzione del parco installato presso i nostri clienti.
La persona acquisirà conoscenza dei prodotti e servizi offerti da NTT e collaborerà con il team di Pre-sales e Sales per raggiungere gli obiettivi di business e per garantire un alto livello di soddisfazione al cliente finale.

Working at NTT

Nel ruolo di Contract Renewal Administrator sarai coinvolto/a nelle seguenti principali attività:

  • verificare i dettagli contrattuali del servizio offerto al cliente

  • supportare nella verifica e conferma del parco installato (prodotti e licenze) oggetto del servizio

  • analizzare la richiesta del cliente in collaborazione con il Sales di riferimento

  • elaborare quotazione di servizio di manutenzione interfacciandosi con strutture interne e/o vendor

  • garantire la miglior costruzione di prezzo/qualità dell’offerta per le esigenze del cliente

  • rispettare i tempi di consegna dell’offerta

  • utilizzare in modo appropriato i tool aziendali garantendo la qualità dei dati gestiti
