1.1.5 EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor in Engineering - Computers/Electronics/Communication or related field

1.1.3 RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for managing network refreshes which includes network components like routers, switches, wireless, DNS/DHCP, IDFs, Structure cabling (Fiber & Copper) etc.
• Responsible for greenfield deployment of network across large campuses, warehouses which include routers, switches and wireless component
• Responsible for transitioning customer from the existing environment to NTT Global networks environment
• Responsible for on-boarding customers with LAN switches, Wireless LAN controller to NTT Global network environment.
• Interface between Customer and Internal Functions/ Departments
• Act as the Customer’s Single Point of Contact
• Ensure customer’s requirements are well articulated and satisfied
• Work towards achieving maximum customer satisfaction
• Track milestones against interval dates and notification
• Tracking Provisioning of Circuit/Security orders
• Tracking Customer Engineering implementation
• Equipment procurement and shipment (Hardware shipment and logistics)
• Coordinate install (Provisioning and coordination)
• Billing Start Date & customer notification
Other Tasks
• Major milestones documented in Siebel Notes
• Escalate all major jeopardy to Client Support to project manager
• Ensure full hand over into support is achieved successfully prior to full customer acceptance.
• Effective change management control within projects.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting as specified.
• Proactively manage and resolve project issues, risks and conflicts.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered within scope, time.
• Attend Weekly Project Review meetings.
• Any additional task given to the incumbent from time-to-time based on business needs

1.1.2 PRE REQUISITES
• Have managed mid-level / complex IT/Networks/Security related projects
• Have good understanding of network products like Cisco/Aruba/HP/Arista/Juniper routers, switches, wireless, Basic understanding of firewall and Security concepts.
• Should have good understanding and handons on DC technologies like switch stacking, Virtual switch stacks, Nexus platforms, VPc, Cisco ACI architecture, leaf and Spine etc.
• Have good understanding of IP services like DNS and DHCP. Work experience on Infoblox preferred.
• Have managed multiple project deliveries / multi-site / multi -geography projects
• Have experience with network and wireless transitions, migration, upgrade for mid to large size customers which should include network and wireless major scope.
• Experience on doing wireless survey (predictive, Passive, Active) would be considered as an added advantage.
• Experience on routing protocols like BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, QOS would also be considered as an added advantage.
• Have interacted with global customers, including APAC, Europe and US and understands foreign culture.
• Have experience in a weak-matrixed organization where the ability to establish relationships with separate functional department resources will be key to project success.
• Have a flare of taking notes, be a good listener
• Have good project tracking skills.
• Have a yearning for learning new technologies and skill set
• Ready to work in different time zone as per customer projects and requirement.
