Dans le cadre d’un contrat d’infogérance avec l’un de nos clients grand compte du secteur bancaire, nous assurons la gestion de projet des évolutions de l’infrastructure réseau et de communications internationales.
Dans le cadre d’un contrat de service avec l’un de nos clients grand compte dans le secteur bancaire, nous assurons l’exploitation réseau et sécurité niveau 2 du backbone international de notre client, dans un environnement technologique très riche :
- Réseau : Cisco, Riverbed, Wifi.
- Sécurité : Checkpoint/Fortinet FW, McAfee Proxies, Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, NTP).
Votre mission:
Vous intégrez l’équipe d’exploitation L2, à ce titre votre principale mission sera le maintien en conditions opérationnelles du backbone international. Vous serez en charge:
- De la résolution des Incidents : performance des liens, routage, QOS, coordination et interaction avec les constructeurs (RMA) et autres groupes de support.
- Du traitement des Problèmes : investigations & root cause analysis, exécution de plans de fiabilisation.
- De la préparation et de l’implémentation des Changements.
- Du traitement des Service Requests (demandes d’évolutions encadrées), dans les délais convenus.
- Vous serez le point d’escalade du L1 (NOC) et pourrez solliciter les L3 pour expertise.
- Vous serez amené à rédiger et à maintenir des procédures de support et documentation interne.
- Plage de service : Lundi à Vendredi de 8h à 18h
- Astreinte à prévoir de 18h à 8h (weekend inclus)
