Accounting Technician

During the day, you will be led to:

• Prepare monthly billing for physicians;
• Follow up with our physician clientele regarding billing inquiries;
• Conduct follow-ups on overdue accounts;
• Participate in accounting operations related to the accounts receivable cycle;
• Participate in certain accounting operations related to the accounts payable cycle;
• Participate in the payroll cycle (partial or complete operations depending on your aspirations);
• Participate in month-end closing activities related to assigned operations;
• Ensure accurate transaction recording in accounting systems;
• Prepare certain reports related to governmental compliance;
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on operational needs;
• Utilize analytical thinking to identify specific unique situations or challenges and effectively communicate them to the manager.

• AEC, DEP, or DEC in Accounting;
• More than 2 years of relevant experience in accounting;
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel);
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
• High level of organization and attention to detail in work;
• Advanced proficiency in both English and French;
• Openness to change and adaptability;
• Ability to commute to the office at least once a week;
• Since you will be interacting with various colleagues, some of whom are English or French-speaking only, proficiency in both English and French (spoken, written, and read) is preferable.
