Currently, with the help of a team, I partner with leadership team to shape the strategy of Linkedin Learning Solutions in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America: develop a vision for Linkedin Learning growth in the region, identify and prioritize growth initiatives, get the buy-in on executing against the vision, structure and drive the change. I also partner with France Leadership team to drive country strategy for Linkedin.
Prior to Linkedin, I was a strategy consultant in Accenture Strategy, I have worked across different industries (financial services, public sector, consumer goods, automotive, retail, etc…) on diverse topics (top-line growth, operating model shaping, business optimization, digital transformation, etc.)
Born in China, raised in France and have worked / lived in Japan, Scotland, South Africa and Ireland.
