Rita Munarwi (She/Her) is Director Technical Program Manager for Compute Silicon at Microsoft, with two decades of international experience in semiconductor engineering spanning program management, technology transfer, global standardization, and pre- and post-silicon execution. She is President of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Columbia River Section and Chair of the Women at Microsoft ERG Oregon Chapter, where she leads initiatives that empower professionals and expand STEM access for the next generation.
