As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be accountable for the development, implementation, and support of technical and functional solutions for our Executive Management Team.

What You Will Do:

  • Work as part of an Enterprise Team to provide day to day technical support for our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) while continually striving to improve and optimize support procedures.
  • Lead the design, coordination, and execution of solutions for all technical components (audio visual, backup communications, computing equipment, etc.)  required for internal and external ELT events.
  • Provide “White Glove” support for key release and maintenance efforts to ensure seamless deployment of technical solutions to ELT and Board of Director (BOD) members.
  • Lead a structured continuous improvement process (requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, validation and change management) to assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in Executive level support and priorities.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and SMEs to ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical and functional issues.
  • Provide top level service in all interactions with ELT, BOD, and their administration staff while prioritizing value and urgency.
  • Self-maintain an acceptable level of up-to-date technical knowledge on trends in the industry, and how those translate into current and future solutions relevant to Enbridge Executive needs.

Who You Are:

  • Degree or Diploma in an IT or Telecommunications-related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in an IT end-user support role within a large corporation.
  • Recent experience supporting Executive level personnel and events within a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in the technical design and support of executive level processes including Audio Visual and collaboration tools.
  • Possess Strong knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging technologies relating to all levels of end user support.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, and collaboration skills. Must be able to explain technology concepts and issues in a manner that high priority business stakeholders understand.
