Job Description

As a Go-To-Market Manager, you will be responsible for driving HP’s new digital services (SaaS) launch strategies, growth activities with countries, and lifecycle business planning with all countries for many of our digital services (focus on PCoIP).

 

We are looking for someone passionate for customers with a strong ownership mindset, that can drive end-to-end activities with not much guidance.

 

This role is part of an HP team focused on bringing new digital services (software/cloud) to the market, like HP Proactive Insights, HP Sure Click, HP Wolf Pro Security, and Teradici. We work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales, and channels to support countries to launch and grow HP’s new digital services.



As a Go-To-Market Manager, you will:

 

Define the Go-To-Market strategy for HP’s digital services (focus on PCoIP), including product introduction and growth plans, offer definition, KPI setting, value proposition, competitive positioning, the buying journey, business planning, trade-offs, prioritization of opportunities, and scenario analysis.

 

Develop solid business case/projection for the launch and growth of new service activities

 

Test and scale growth plans with select countries and partners

 

Partner closely with internal teams to develop best-in-class training and sales enablement materials, as well as external materials and resources, such as blog posts and webinars.

 

Work closely with countries around the world to determine and lead an appropriate service introduction process by helping them with the best product marketing support.

 

Provide market sizing, dynamics, and nuances (segmentation, customers’ needs, competitive landscape, countries specificities, pricing competitiveness, etc) at early product stages.

 

Collaborate with Product Management to support product scope and roadmap definition.

 

Manage and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key global partners and customers

 

Operate autonomously in ambiguous environments, and efficiently drive strategic decisions using data.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Go-to-Market or product marketing, or similar role combining strategy and execution.
  • 7+ years of experience in technology (software, cloud, security, manageability, SaaS platforms).
  • Experience defining and executing detailed go-to-market plans for B2B products and/or services and software.
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams to launch products and services.
  • Experience building program plans from start to finish, work cross-functionally, and gain buy-in from senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to build rapport with teams from different parts of the world.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in both startups and large, tech companies.
  • Confidence, resilience, and the ability to challenge and persuade others.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, particularly with sales, product, engineering, and multiple marketing teams.
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to develop/influence product roadmaps.
  • An obsession with continuous improvement and learning.
