Job Descriptions 

• Boundary Scan, MBIST, LBIST & SCAN implementation, ATPG simulation (without/with timing) and ATE pattern making. 

• Work closely with design engineer to ensure netlist quality. 

• Analyze and improve test coverage. 

• DFT-SDC making and able to analyze STA timing report. 

• Make DFT integration guideline from leaf block to SoC level. 

• Support test engineer in silicon validation. 

• Complete all design quality checks and data quality checks. 

• Locate in district 7, Ho Chi Minh city. 

 Skills Requirements: 

• Passion for DFT work and ambition for streaming career. 

• BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, Telecommunications. 

• 5+ years of experience in DFT design 

• Strong knowledge of DFT architectures & methodologies which includes Boundary Scan, Memory Bist. LBist, Scan insertion, ATPG, JTAG,... 

• Strong debug skills and experienced in Perl /TCL/Cshell scripting. 

• Strong skill with design tools: Synopsys Design Compiler, Fusion Compiler, VCS, Formality, TetraMAX, Verdi, Spyglass, Primetime. 

• High responsibility and smart working. 

• Good English communication at both speaking and writing. 

• Willing to support others. 

• Self-motivated and highly enthusiasm in technology and solving problems.
