Technical Program Manager 

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to act as the focal point of contact for key stakeholders, drive communication between cross-functional teams across various disciplines and execute programs against defined objectives. This person will perform this pivotal function to ensure timely and successful development and delivery of the most cutting-edge technologies in cloud and AI related technologies using an agile development process. 

This Technical Program Manager will manage the software development process, schedules for multiple projects, including the content management of critical projects, and ensure on time releases with high quality. In addition, this person coordinates cross product dependencies, identifies and escalates issues, manages risk and change from conception to delivery, drives problem resolution through fact-based, conscious decision making while promoting, implementing and improving team, cross-functional and cross-departmental business and engineering processes and practices. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead communication efforts between cross-functional teams across various disciplines 

• Drive software development, release planning activities and schedules 

• Proactively identify challenge areas and risks requiring executive engagement 

• Identify issues and roadblocks, and escalate with right level of details and priority 

• Drive problem resolution through fact-based, conscious and quality decision making 

• Drive programs and business initiatives, report to key stakeholders and manage risk 

  

Requirements 

• Energetic, results-driven individual 

• Knowledge of cloud, relevant certification, familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP etc.  

• BS/MS with 10+ years of related experience, PMP certification preferred 

• Comfortable leading scrum meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospective etc. 

• Familiarity with project management tools, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint etc.  

• Process oriented, results obsessed, and communicates clearly and concisely via multiple channels 

• Comfortable communicating from boardroom to coffee room, providing actionable insights 

• Ability to problem solve creatively to complete complex assignments 

• Ability to lead other personnel by influence rather than position 

• Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise 

• High customer empathy to and ability to understand wants vs. needs, ensure the right insight reached the right person at the right time 

• Critical, objective thinker offering new solutions or direction and encourages and motivates others to support new solution or direction
