In this role, your will be supporting the Clarity Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) team spread across several regions. You will partner with internal business groups, HR, Finance, and other cross-functional teams across the globe to manage as well as build new functionality on the Clarity PPM platform, participating in all parts of the system lifecycle from inception to retirement.

You will also support and lead upgrades, perform testing, roadmap planning, and incorporate new features as released by Broadcom Clarity & other vendors while working with their customer success teams. Effective partnership, communication and cooperation across the team are key to success in this role. You will work with people from different countries and cultures where diversity is respected and valued.

You will be accountable for providing high-level solution design, integration design, and implementation of deliverables to meet engagement targets. Be a hands-on application professional and prepare / review project deliverable. Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the business use case. Drive design workshops with the business users. Provide impact assessment for Clarity Releases. Enrich and develop reusable various modules in Clarity.

Requirements and Responsibilities

  • 8+ years of Clarity PPM experience and exposure to Jaspersoft.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business groups, providing guidance and solutions using Clarity PPM.
  • Create and maintain GEL scripts, support REST API, and UX experience.
  • Implement and maintain custom objects in Clarity PPM.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, business users and other stakeholders while providing leadership for the Business Systems Application teams.
  • Build and support an effective, scalable, and integrated platform to ensure a smooth end to end experience and a high degree of data quality.
  • Implement efficient common-sense agile and/or SDLC processes with the appropriate controls for a public company.
  • Work closely with leadership, Business Relationship Managers, and stakeholders across the organization to define and align on high level strategy, business requirements, solution design and drive delivery in an agile methodology.
  • Successful delivery of Clarity PPM process deliverables.
  • Configure Clarity PPM and assist business users in the selection, implementation planning, fit research, testing, rollout, and post-implementation assistance.
  • Knowledge of and expertise with integration between Clarity and other business solutions; with future strategic direction of the application roadmap.
  • Expertise in developing business process requirements that utilize Clarity PPM to enable business needs.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements.
  • Ability to deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline.
  • Excellent problem solver with the ability to evaluate cause and effect relationships.
  • Proactively propose alternate solutions to the users as and when needed.
  • Showcase ownership to resolve / coordinate issues within SLA.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, rapid quality delivery, and accountability.

Note: This position requires working with business users and technology teams across geographies.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $110,000 - $166,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
