Title: Director of Engineering - Data Analytics and Machine Learning

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Engineering to lead a team of engineers in designing and developing a full stack data analytics and machine learning project. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data analytics, machine learning, and software development, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design and development of a full stack data analytics and machine learning project.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data analytics, machine learning, and software development.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data analytics and machine learning.
5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
Strong technical skills in data analytics, machine learning, and software development.
Experience in deploying and supporting SAAS applications in the cloud.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $234,000-$350,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
