Your Impact on our Mission

At Zocdoc we’re building the best experience for millions of patients to find a great doctor. As a Senior Product Manager in the Search and Conversion product group, you will be responsible for leading the team’s mission of  helping patients find the right care and book their appointment easily.  You will not only be defining how we deepen our value prop with patients but more importantly how we make our healthcare providers more successful. Ultimately, your leadership will be critical in guiding patients  through the booking process, making it seamless and delightful to book appointments.

  • Rapidly iterating on early stage products where product intuition, customer empathy and technical expertise are essential
  • Creating and launching healthcare-changing products and platforms that make Zocdoc the preferred place for customers to navigate this complex journey without friction

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

  • Demonstrated experience creating innovative products to solve complex customer problems
  • Proven track record of entering a new space and building expertise rapidly
  • A passion for successfully navigating ambiguous problem areas and you are comfortable in an ever-changing environment 
  • An ownership mentality with the ability to develop and execute product initiatives in line with the business strategy
  • Experience leading all aspects of product management. That means identifying market opportunities, user research, defining product vision and roadmap, developing business cases, driving execution activities, setting milestones and measuring results
  • 6+ years of product background with success growing consumer products
