Data Analyst (GCO Data Analytics)

  

Job Description:

   

The Analytics team is tasked with providing reporting and insight across the GCO Organisation, that help us to improve our business performance from the Sales Rep level upwards. As a GCO Data Analyst, you will work with stakeholders across the business (particularly IT and Finance) to provide a platform of self-service reporting tools to enable sales leadership alongside in depth analytics to drive business performance.  You will use leading edge analytics platforms such as Einstein Analytics and Power BI that will accelerate us towards our end goal of providing a best in class insights enabling business success. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain centralized sales and finance reports into pipeline, forecast, results and key performance indicators
  • Act as main point of contact for data and analytical queries within the Global Customer Organization. 
  • Establish trusted working relationship with other GCO functions by collaborating and supporting Sales, Operations, Pre-Sales, Services, etc. 
  • Mine, analyze, and visualize relevant data using tools such as Salesforce TableauCRM and and MS Power BI.
  • Train and mentor GCO members in understanding and using data accurately and meaningfully.
  • Drive process improvements in the analytics-relevant areas. 

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 3 years experience, ideally in a similar analytical role within the software industry.
  • Experience with Einstein/TableauCRM and PowerBI and advantage

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience designing and implementing overall process and tools management and improvement frameworks to provide operations support for sales activities
  • Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of and experience in applying business and sales operations practices and process design to situations
  • Evaluating forms of forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • mastery in English and local language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate sales operations architectures, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
