Both a designer and an educator, KC Lathrop  currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Information Officer at IBM. While at IBM, KC has held several roles, including user experience designer, researcher, and program manager. Prior to IBM, KC spent several years working in education and obtained a master’s degree from New York University’s Interactive Telecommunication Program (ITP).
