But Tavonia Evans wants cryptocurrency to work for everyone, and she believes it can be a powerful mechanism for growing the Black economy. So she started GUAP Coin to help increase financial freedom in the Black community with a cryptocurrency focused on their success.

It would be an understatement to say that these past few weeks have not been easy, and staying motivated seems to be a continuous challenge for all of us. We are all facing challenges in one capacity or another, be it from worrying about our health, getting groceries, and essential supplies (not to mention the scarce resource TP), to worrying about our loved ones and their well-being.

While there are many possible reasons for fewer female techs, a recent study conducted by Kieran Snyder has suggested that gender differences in how a resume is written and presented could be a contributing factor.
