Recognized contributions:Demonstrating initiative with the focus on transformation and impact while fostering a work environment of diversity, inclusion and belonging that is not defined by a physical location. 

The award recognizes people, companies, programs, projects and/or teams that have implemented policies, hiring strategies, employee training,  community support, and network creation that stimulate remote work improving work life and productivity in difficult, unorthodox times and having measurable results to show for it. 

Recognition of this award will be given in a special assembly during the WomenTech Global Awards,

The WomenTech Remote Transformation Leader of the Year Award recognizes annually up to three honorees in recognition of their outstanding achievements as a leader. The Global Technology Leadership Award honors people, events, programs, projects and/or teams. Nomination for the award requires a complete application profile. All nominated applications will be publicly visible. A digital award certificate is issued and a photograph of award winner will be on display on the WomenTech Network website to acknowledge that individuals’ success and to encourage other leaders to strive to achieve this prestigious award.
