Recognized contributions: Demonstrating transformational leadership while fostering diversity, inclusion and belonging.

This award recognizes CIOs who have managed to lead their teams and companies through changes that made them function and use technology better, serve their customers better via technology, while celebrating diversity and inclusion. Those who receive this honor represent the role model other IT leaders should strive for if they want to make real impact. 

Recognition of this award will be given in a special assembly during the WomenTech Global Awards.

The WomenTech CIO of the Year Award recognizes annually up to three honorees in recognition of their outstanding achievements as the most transformational CIOs. The Award honors individuals. Nomination for the award requires a complete application profile. All nominated applications will be publicly visible. A digital award certificate is issued and a photograph of award winner will be on display on the WomenTech Network website to acknowledge that individuals’ success and to encourage other leaders to strive to achieve this prestigious award.
